Mumtaz of Montage Dezign was looking for a live/work place overlooking the river in a progressive neighborhood with near by amenities. This 28th floor dynamic space with interesting angles was transformed to an open layout with green/sustainable features. MN Green Star certification is pending.

The 1983 condo is done in a contemporary style using concrete floors, high ceilings, and free flowing versatile spaces all while accommodating a fireplace, Murphy bed and storage. Custom built-ins, cabinetry, backsplash and counter tops are of sustainable material with non toxic glues/stains.
