Victory

This home is a unique combination of Tudor, Mission, Craftsman & Arts and Crafts styles, which in addition to being in the wonderful Victory neighborhood of North Minneapolis, is what sold us on it. In 2006, we had the asbestos in the basement abated and an energy efficient boiler and water heater installed. We recently had the former one-car, attached garage converted to a media room with large, energy efficient windows, radiant-floor heat and a beautiful tile floor leading outside to a lovely pervious paver patio.
