Victory

We moved into our Northside home in 2000, renovated the kitchen and updated the space but were confined to the first floor with one bedroom, bath, and an office. An upper-level bedroom and unfinished attic offered hope for more spacious urban living but required an innovative design solution. The upper level now features a modern layout, secluded bedroom, second bath, welcoming office, walk-in closet and ample storage. The use of angles, a wall peek-through and bold color create an airy, well lit, loft feel. Best of all, the use of no-VOC paint, wool carpet, remnant and recycled-content tile, dual-flush toilet, reclaimed wood, Minnesota-made quartz counter tops, and high efficiency ductless AC and new windows make our new master suite Green. We love our space!
