Victory

Built 1940

We need a view and physical connection to our backyard. We need a bigger kitchen. We need a bathroom on our top floor. These were the "must haves" we gave to our architect. After 16 years in our home it was time to make a change or move. We love the Victory neighborhood so moving wasn't even a consideration for us. We had to remodel. Our aesthetic goal was for a more modern home, but it is important to us that we still blend into our neighborhood. We also wanted the interior spaces to flow seamlessly from the old spaces to the new. This resulted in our Mullet Home. We have business in the front with a party in the back. When we open our 12' wide multi-fold window in our new kitchen we have a direct physical connection to our backyard's new stone terrace. Our new upper floor owner's suite features a stone wet room and a green roof balcony overlooking our koi pond. Exterior photos: Drew Gray Photography
