Dayton’s Bluff

Over the years, we have completely remodeled our kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. We replaced all the windows and doors, and added a sliding glass door to the back deck dining area. We turned the galley kitchen into a horseshoe and opened up the wall from kitchen to dining room. Additional outside renovations completed in the summer of 2009: multi-tiered decks, a fire pit and hot tub, a new front staircase (involved removing the front three-season “porch” and replacing with grand entrance with columns). We also added shutters and painted the stucco, updated the second story sun deck with rubber roof and wrought iron railings. We did “pay as you go” and most of the work DIY.
