Dayton’s Bluff

Our house was a rental property bought and renovated by several neighbors, who re-sold it as a single-family house in an effort to keep a strong neighborhood. The restoration and renovations kept the original flavor of the house, with updates that follow its classical revival lines. It has its original woodwork, pantries, and cut glass windows, with new kitchen and bath. It’s a good example of a four square in mint condition, inside and out. This 1910 home turns 100 this year!
