This 1915 Arts and Crafts home on the bluff was purchased in 2005. Essentially no work had been done to the home for 25 years. Our exterior work includes: removing overgrown trees and landscaping with native planting, replacing retaining walls with natural stone walls, installing a custom-made carriage door, installing a sidewalk of salvaged pavers, installing front and rear lighting, and repainting the exterior. Inside work included: adding four cottage windows, restoring all plaster surfaces (including ceilings), refinishing all floors with custom-matched stain, installing vintage lighting, restoring full bathroom with period appropriate fixtures, faux painting brick fire place and retiling hearth, and restoring leaded-glass windows. In 2010 an addition will be constructed, including solar collectors and a green roof.
