Lynnhurst

We previously lived three blocks away from our home and drove by daily for many years. It was a great looking old house in serious need of some love. Vacant from 2004, we purchased it in the summer of 2007. The house was originally built in 1909, and at some point in the early seventies it was extensively re-muddled — most of the home’s traditional details were destroyed. We completely gutted the home and doubled the usable space; the only original elements are two exterior walls, 2 stained glass windows, and a wine cellar. The house was rebuilt with the goal of maintaining period proportions and finishes while adding the modern amenities appealing in new homes.
