Lynnhurst

This beautiful older home on Minnehaha Creek has great views and has been well kept and maintained. When we first moved in, we improved the porch and added columns. Recently, we were looking for added living space for projects, hobbies and play space for the grandkids. The existing square footage in the crumbling, cold, mechanical-filled basement made it only useful for storage. Addressing aging structural and mechanical issues, Sylvestre Construction helped us redesign the area into a warm, great space for multiple hobbies with efficient storage areas, added a half bath and updated laundry and mechanicals. We now have a whole added level of usable living space, and our young visitors love it.
