Linden Hills

Years have passed in this unique, modern-contemporary home, and with the years, the interior space had grown dated, in need of fresh ideas. So, much of the main and lower levels were remodeled and refreshed to live more comfortably. The dining room and kitchen had been small and segregated, but were reconfigured to flow more effectively within the home. Today the kitchen features exotic Jatoba veneer cabinets with black stained Mahogany detailing. Fresh paint and new light fixtures throughout tie the open main level floor plan together. The lower level highlights the ruff-cut stone foundation walls and includes both a family room and exercise area.
