Audubon Park

I bought this 1920 Craftsman bungalow four years ago. It had aged in place, and needed a lot of work. Remodeling homes is my hobby, and this is the fifth and most extensive. I patched or replaced cracked plaster ceilings & walls and refinished or carpeted floors.

The kitchen and main floor bath were completely gutted and rebuilt. I gutted the upstairs, added ceiling insulation and recessed lighting. Adding an upstairs bath made it a master suite. Mechanical systems have been updated, exterior concrete refinished, and landscaping was replaced in 2008-09. It has been a challenge, as well as joy, to have undertaken this project. I am pleased at how well things turned out, and look forward to comments from the tour.
